3 effective drinks to fight coughs
1.Ginger, cinnamon and honey tea

Ingredients:

-30 grams of ginger

-1 piece of cinnamon

-1 cup of water

-2 tablespoons of honey

Peel and chop the ginger (a piece of about 2 centimeters for 1 cup) into slices, serve it in the water with the cinnamon (a piece of about 3 centimeters). Put on high heat and let it boil for 5 minutes, then remove.
